RABOSO DOC PIAVE
Red wine, almost purple in colour, developing a touch of garnet as it ages. It has a dry, slightly tannic taste. Open the bottle a couple of hours before drinking.
This ancient grape variety, typically grown in the certified origin Piave area, is particularly valuable and fully expresses its character when matched with typical local dishes, as well as spit roasted meat, roasted pork and strongly flavoured cheeses.
